Eta Pi Chapter

New York University

Welcome to Kappa Kappa Gamma at New York University!

Choosing to become a member of Kappa was the best decision I’ve ever made. I am so blessed to be part of a sisterhood with such beautiful, strong, talented, and loyal women here in the greatest city in the world. Whether it be virtual or in person, Kappa provides our members the ability to stay connected no matter where we are in the world.  From late-night pizza parties after our mixers and formals in the city that never sleeps to raising money at numerous philanthropy events with our best friends, being part of Kappa has truly changed my life by giving me boundless opportunities and blessing me with the truest of friendships.

I went through Recruitment hoping to find a smaller community within such a big school. Of the 25,000 undergrads at NYU, I feel so fortunate to have 150 sisters, my built-in best friends. You can find us studying in our 24-hour Bobst room or networking with alumnae over brunch - we are so lucky to call Kappa Kappa Gamma our home away from home in New York City.

The ladies of KKG are not only my sisters, but mine and each other’s lifelong best friends thanks to our tight-knit sisterhood, where each member is genuinely valued for their individual contribution to the chapter.  Although college is only a quick four years, the bonds of our sisterhood are forever. I hope you can see why I call this place my home, and why you should call Kappa Kappa Gamma your home too.

Kappa will always hold a special place in my heart. Over the course of my time here, I have found my best friends, created fondest memories, given back extensively to my community, excelled in academics, and became a leader of the Greek community, none of which could’ve been possible without my sisters’ support, guidance, and love. I am forever grateful and honored to lead the Eta Pi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma this year and can only hope to uphold our sorority as our founders would have hoped in 1870, 151 years ago. Alumnae, fellow sisters, and future potential new members, please feel free to contact me at anytime with any questions you may have.

Kappa is always here for you!
